Anti-Spam Policy
We operate a zero-tolerance spam policy. Through SmartMailer you may only contact recipients from whom you have provable consent to receive commercial messages, ideally verified by double opt-in.
What is prohibited
The following are prohibited in particular:
- sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam) without the recipient's consent,
- using purchased, rented or otherwise unverified contact databases,
- misleading the recipient in the sender field or the subject line,
- sending without a working and easily accessible unsubscribe option,
- distributing phishing, malware or other illegal content.
Requirements for every message
Every message sent through SmartMailer must contain a working unsubscribe link and truthful sender information.
Breach of this policy
If these rules are breached, we are entitled to suspend or terminate the sender's account. You can report abuse at abuse@smartmailer.cz or via the Report spam or abuse page.
