Report spam or abuse
SmartMailer is a bulk email tool and we do not tolerate spam. If you received an email through SmartMailer that you did not consent to, or you encountered phishing, fraud or other illegal content, please let us know. We review every report and take action if our rules are breached. Your identity will be kept confidential.
How to report
Write to us at abuse@smartmailer.cz and include:
- the email address the message was sent from,
- the email address the message was delivered to (so we can trace it),
- if possible the full email header (key evidence; we are happy to help you obtain it),
- a brief description, optionally a screenshot or an attached
.emlfile.
How we handle reports
We confirm receipt without undue delay, assess the report impartially and, if our rules are breached, restrict or terminate the sender's account. If you ask us to, we will inform you of the outcome.
Illegal content (DSA)
Notices of illegal content under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 can be sent to our contact point abuse@smartmailer.cz. This address also serves as the single point of contact for users and authorities under Articles 11 and 12 of that Regulation.
